Our Story

Blue Bay was born in New York City. Our MD Adrian Mansfield was there on business and saw something that changed his life forever. He realised that there was a whole community of recruiters who wanted a better lifestyle and to boost their incomes.

Many of these people are put off from starting their own business because of the risk and additional work it entails, but are also fed up with working for somebody else. He realised he could help these people.
